Greetings from the ASCO Direct Gastrointestinal Cancers Symposium Conference team. Congratulations on having your abstract selected for e-poster!

To ensure uniformity and smooth viewing during the e-poster sessions, request you to kindly follow the guidelines below while creating your e-poster.

E-Poster Guidelines

  1. Format & Orientation: Create your e-poster in landscape (16:9) format.
  2. File Type: Submit in PDF format (preferred).
  3. Slide Count: Please prepare the e-poster as one single slide/page (not multiple slides).
  4. Recommended Structure: (Attached is the template for the same)
    • Title, Authors, and Affiliations
    • Background / Aim
    • Methods
    • Results (tables/figures as applicable)
    • Conclusion / Key Takeaways
  5. Readability:
    • Use Calibri font which is suitable for on-screen viewing.
    • Keep content concise; use bullets, figures, and charts where helpful.
  6. File Naming Convention:
    • AbstractNoFirstNameLastName
      (example: A12_Sharma_KEMH.pdf)
  7. Submission Method: Please email your final e-poster to dharmendra@globalhealthcareacademy.in with the subject line
